A COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING SYSTEM – courses and programmes designed for the individual

Due to the Coronavirus there are currently no regular group training sessions or workshops, only individual training. As all training facilities like fitness centres, yoga studios and gyms will be closed for some weeks or months ahead, we all need to start training on our own at home. This is the ideal time to build an individual Mentored Training Programme. A wide range of training is available, with a highly trained professional trainer, with over twenty years of experience:
