Timetable

Due to coronavirus there are currently no studio based regular group training sessions or workshops, but we provide online training. In the current timetable two talk-through instructed classes are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, please see details below.

As all training facilities like fitness centres, yoga studios and gyms will be closed for some weeks or months ahead, we all need to start training on our own at home. This is the ideal time to build an individual Mentored Training Programme. A wide range of training is available, with a highly trained professional trainer, with over twenty years of experience:

  • Yoga
  • Integrative Training
  • High Intensity Interval Training
  • Meditative practices
  • Stress management
  • Emotional Intelligence Training

Talk-through sessions:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-8:00pm. The sequence is our Dynamic Primer K-1, suitable for most people. If you enrol, you will receive by email a practice chart with the posture sequences and a link to our Zoom facility. On the night you simply click the link, and you will be straight up in the ‘virtual class’ that takes place at your own home. You can select to be visible, or turn the picture off and practice invisible to others. The fee is £8 per session. Call Ervin, he will explain how to join and pay.
