Are you looking for Yoga Classes? If you are new to dynamic styles of yoga, the best first step is to book a taster class. This way you can find out about the style and the level of practice that is most suitable for you, before committing to regularly attending classes.

In fact all new starters with us have to have a short induction before they are allowed into a class, to make sure they are adequately prepared for the experience and are able to work safely and effectively in the class. The taster session follows the induction, and afterwards we will be able to make an informed decision what level of practice you need and which class will suit you best.

After a taster and induction session you will be guided to join a suitable level class, where you can progress according to your own abilities and aspirations. Some of the classes are specially set up to provide an easier access to learn yoga exercises for beginners and those with little experience, other classes are geared toward the needs of the more experienced.

emnewteach2-bwFor total Beginners the most suitable starting level is the Dynamic Yoga Primer. Here you can master the technology and understand the theory of the dynamic yoga forms and start to build your own practice based on solid foundations.

If you are a more experienced practitioner, or come into yoga new, but are quite fit, you may be able to join one of the mixed ability improver groups. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
