Krama in Sanskrit means way, path, sequence, method, power (and many other things). Here it means your own / my own way of practicing / training for a fulfilled, healthy, happy life.
Thursdays 6:30-8:00pm, 5th March – 9th April 2020, Holyhead Studios, 16 Lower Holyhead Road, Coventry CV1 3AU
All in all Krama is like yoga, but with useful adjustments and additions for our Western lifestyles and conditioning.
The six weeks of Krama Integrative Training (KiT for short) will take you through the exploration of physical (work with postures and movement chains, Natural Movement and other physical training systems) mental and emotional intelligence training (using the Chimp Paradox model of Prof. Steve Peters, various meditative and introspection techniques). The programme aims to enable you to design your own bespoke training programme to suit your own needs, abilities and aspirations.
The workshops run from 6:30 to 8:00pm on Thursday evenings. The fee will be £60 per person, payable in advance. Useful handouts and training aids will be supplied with the course.
