Yoga and Krama Teacher Training

If you would like to learn to teach yoga or Krama, or want to re-train, change direction or just improve certain skills, you can ask to be considered for a suitable yoga teacher training programme. An Interview and confirmation of acceptance is required to get started.TKurdvapadmasana

Please be aware from start that our teacher training does not use the all too common ‘teacher factory’ method. Each training programme is individually designed. No high fees up front, no high occupancy courses to throw the same material at everyone regardless who they are. Our teacher training is not about money, but about equipping suitable individuals with appropriate skills, knowledge and attitude to be able to deliver decent level of teaching.

The teacher training is very much focused on the needs of the trainee, be it a novice, or someone coming to change direction, perhaps re-train in dynamic forms, or just brush up on undeveloped areas. There isn’t one single programme to suit everyone – let us know of your needs, we can then discuss what help can be provided.

The teacher training method has the emphasis on practical, hands-on learning. It is structured to suit individual needs and aspirations. Relevant areas of theory, history and philosophy, anatomy and physiology are also tailored to individual needs as required.

To get onto any programme, we must see you first, to determine if you are ready. Please give us a ring for an initial discussion and to map out the way forward for you.
