For total Beginners the most suitable way to start building a practice is at the Dynamic Yoga Primer Classes. Alternatively, if you prefer an individual, personalised practice from start, you can arrange to have the Initial Assessment with Ervin and create a personal Master Plan to suit your needs, abilities and aspirations. This approach is more for those who see the svaYoga path as the one they would like to work along - particularly if you have very specific requirements - perhaps working around injuries, or find it difficult to participate in classes.
If not sure which route to take, please contact Ervin to discuss where to start.
