GETTING STARTED: DO YOU NEED A YOGA CLASS?

If you are new to yoga, you should first have an Initial Assessment with a suitably trained and experienced trainer. This will determine if a yoga class is the best way forward. While yoga classes are very popular these days, they are far less effective than training with someone on a one to one basis. We are very diverse physically, mentally and emotionally. A yoga training programme should be tailored to individual needs and abilities. A yoga class is not ideal in this respect.
