Ashtanga Primer / Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Full First Series / Extended First Series
If you are an experienced practitioner and want to do Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, you can also enquire about learning to teach the Full First Series. This would be on individual basis, a bit like an apprenticeship. We will work out a suitable programme, consisting of theory, observing instructions, hands-on adjusting and instructing, class management and so on. The aim will be to create a plan that suits your abilities and the pace at which you would like to develop your teaching skills.
The content of the programmes, the times to attend various parts and the costs are flexible, designed to enable you to progress according to the time, commitment and resources you can put toward the course you chose. A Certificate will be issued on successful completion of the Programme, with details of the modules completed.
